Ain Soph Ginza, Tokyo: Japan’s Vegan Heavan

Ain Soph is one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Tokyo, and since I was staying in Ginza, the location was just a short walk away. The heavenly pancakes are to live for, and the bento boxes and curry are delicious and full of flavor.

Ain Soph is also a whole-food vegan restaurant, so every bite is healthy and guilt-free. For example, they serve brown rice and steamed veggies with your main course. As well, the Matcha Lattes are the purest I’ve had anywhere in the world. Vegans will never go unsatisfied in Japan because the culinary experience is omnipresent. Enjoy!
