Life in the Jamaican Bush: One Love!

The Rastafarian way of life in the hills of the Jamaican bush is simple. The equation consists of positive energy only, mass consumerism deleted, political influence null and void, and the consumption of fresh iTal vegetation grown from the land. iTal food translates to vegan or plant-based culinary experiences.

Moreover, the livity inherited through new perspectives and the exchange of naturalistic ideologies with Rastafarians will keep Mother Earth breathing energetically and consciously while maintaining sustainable resources without the greed and hate that comes with man’s lust for money, power, and possessions.

Soon come, Jamaica and its Roots Rock Reggae will become my second act in life. As Robert Nesta Marley once poignantly stated, “Don’t gain the world and lose your soul. Wisdom is better than silver or gold.”

One Love!
