On Simplicity

Life is simple. Eat foods that heal oppose to degrade, respect all living beings we share the planet with (both humans and animals alike), accept impermanence, and spread peace and tranquility unselfishly. In other words, lift up your conscience. Since nothing lasts, Buddhism describes one aspect of impermanence as living devoid of lust for material possessions that can lead to hate, envy, and greed. Live life people. One Love!
