Reggae taps into the soul and balances energy. The spiritual music and rhythm bring peace, love, and livity. Thus, we travel the globe with our bredren for epic reggae experiences. This year we ventured on a Nomadic Journey to the legendary Reggae Lake Festival in Amsterdam to enjoy the sounds of Damian Marley, Black Uhuru, Luciano, The Wailers, Anthony B, and many more.
The Reggae Lake Festival is one of the most prolific reggae music gatherings we have ever attended, thanks to its six separate stages and areas, including the Dancehall Party arena and the incredible King Shiloh Sound System. Rastaman’s UK dub and vibrational energy put everyone in a trance.
From a cultural standpoint, we also built friendships with individuals from Suriname, which the Dutch colonized for over 300 years. The South American country finally won independence in 1975. Yet, reggae brings them together in a celebration of life!
