Finding Meaning in the Second Half of Life
by James Hollis, PH.D.

It is necessary for us time to time to absent ourselves from the world in order to reflect, regroup, or revision our journey, but ultimately we are to bring that larger person back to the world. Grant yourself permission to lead your life. We are not children anymore. But ask yourself: Does this path enlarge or diminish me?

Though we must navigate through all the trials of life, we must conquer distractions, fear, and stray from repetitious history. Embrace the immense importance of spirituality in the process of reclaiming your life with greater integrity and purpose.

James Hollis, PH.D.

Desist the replication of old destructive patterns and continue evolving with newer, life-fulfilling experiences while helping to influence and inspire others in less fortunate positions.
